The actual grill is great, however, choose another Weber distributor! I have NEVER received worse customer service. I was misled, passed around, given different excuses, and finally recieved the grill six weeks late! I was forced to call daily, and leave messages which often took days to be returned. I tried corporate numbers, Weber directly, etc. I was told prior to purchasing (from the 800 #) that my "Sears Delivery" would include delivery to my deck and packaging would be removed. After being mistreated for six weeks I receive a 300 pound box in my driveway with no way of getting it up the two steps onto my deck, no unpackaging, etc. I called the Internet Supervisor, AJ, AGAIN who proceeded to offer more empty promises. She assured my she would take care of it. After leaving a $1700 grill in the box on a pallet in my driveway for a week (in the rain) I finally hired a handyman to carry this 300 pound box on my deck. I am still waiting to hear back from AJ. So, now that the season is half way over and another $100 in addition to the delivery charge, six weeks of constant phone calls, aggravation of being on hold, leaving messages that are disregarded, and complete confusion at the "Great" Indoors I finally have a grill! So, take my advice NEVER purchase from this website! Any competitor can beat this service without even trying!
