Let's get acquainted. Our first meeting takes place in your home, where your designer and project manager discuss your vision, lifestyle and any special considerations. They'll take detailed measurements and photos, share product samples and schedule your next meeting in the store.
Meet with your designer at the great indoors and explore preliminary design options. You'll shop the store together for cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting, flooring and plumbing fixtures. You'll establish your remodeling investment budget, discuss financing and make final product selections.
Over the course of several home meetings, you and your project team will develop designs, discuss product and installation costs and review any special construction issues. Then you'll attend a final presentation at the store, where you'll finalize the plans and have all your questions answered.
Your project team is busy coordinating the details of delivery and installation, communicating with you at every step and responding to your feedback. They'll meet with you at your home as work begins, keeping you informed as it progresses.
Your project is finished! Your designer visits your home to make sure you're completely satisfied. Because we believe our customers teach us the most, we ask you to complete a comprehensive survey, then present you with a token of our appreciation upon its completion.
