Online Purchases
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip and thegreatindoors.com Order Confirmation Email Receipt within 90 days of your purchase (30 days for Home Electronics, Mattresses and Area Rugs) for a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after these time periods, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to the great indoors.
A 15% restocking fee applies on select Home Appliances, Home Electronics, Furniture, Home Improvement, and Household Goods products if returned in the original box, unused, and containing all original product packaging and accessories.

Scheduled pick-up
Use this return method for large items that arrived by scheduled in-home delivery, such as appliances, mattresses, furniture, or big screen TVs. Call 1-800-732-7747 to arrange for product pick-up. A delivery charge applies. Prices vary by location and are based on the number of trips made to your location. If the wrong product was delivered or the product arrive damaged, all pick-up fees are waived.
In-Store
Most online merchandise can be returned to the great indoors stores. See limitations below. Use our Store Locator to find a store near you.
UPS Shipped Items
All UPS / USPS shipped orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. If you have received the merchandise, you can simply return it by mail or to your local the great indoors store.
Check your Order Status online. Orders with a status of "Processing" cannot be canceled. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped your order has left the Sears distribution facility and is on its way to the carrier's regional distribution center. The typical duration of this stage is 1-3 business days. As a result, tracking numbers and other information may not be available until your shipment arrives at the carrier's regional distribution center.

Home Delivered Items
Home delivered orders can be canceled at any time prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service at 1-888-511-1155.
